1. Stay Hydrated - Drink Plenty of Water.

Hydration is essential during a cleanse. As your body burns glycogen for
energy, it releases stored water molecules, which can lead to dehydration. To
stay balanced, it is highly recommended that you drink up to 2-3 liters each
day. To maximize your detox journey, you will need to release your toxins
through sweat, urine, and poop.

2. Headaches, Body Aches & Fatigue.

Headaches are a common side effect of caffeine or sugar withdrawal. As stored toxins are released into your system, you may experience mild aches or fatigue. This is a natural part of the detox process. Support your body by
